These ribbons belonged to the estate of Lee E. Harbottle. He was heavily involved with the Boy Scouts of America and was a Scout Executive for San Gabriel Valley Council from 1952-1968. He rode and showed Palomino Horses in Parades, most notably in the Parade of Roses in Pasadena, California. He was from Toldeo, Ohio, and showed horses there as well as various other places across the United States.
