The pin is from the Machinists Non-Partisan League and is apparently for 15 years of membership in the union. The pin was made by BB Co and is 10K gold filled. These are hard-to-find American trade union memorabilia. Normal vintage wear. Great condition. Please see photos for a more detailed description.
