Fabric is in preowned condition, may have frayed or uneven edges. Measurements do not include if there are scrap pieces or remnants along the edges. Fabric was acquired in an estate from a lady who did a lot of quilting. Not all fabric is suitable for quilting, but most is. Please see pictures for details.
