#16 is 3/4" Hole and is not marked Osborne. In used condition. Has wear from hammer use, rust, pitting, and tarnish. These tools were used by my father. He was taught saddle making by Pete Verbeck of Miles City in the early 1960's. He had his own saddle shop in Terry, Montana - Ross Saddlery. During this time he purchased Wilson Leather Company from Curl Wilson. He then went to work for Connolly Saddlery in Billings, Montana during the late 1960's and early 1970's.
