Dress is in good preowned condition, no stains, holes or flaws to the fabric, however, the elastic waist is not good and will need to be replaced. - please see measurements and pictures for details.

Waist: bad elastic (since the elastic will need to be replaced you can adjust this some. I'd say minimum 24" waist, maximum 29" waist.
